Our Experience Team is available throughout each event to provide assistance as needed. If you require support during your visit, please stop by the Experience Center, located on the main concourse outside Section 4, and a team member will be happy to help. Accessible Seating

Trilith LIVE provides wheelchair and mobility accessible‑ seating throughout the venue, with companion seats available nearby. For ticketing details or specific accommodations, please see our ticketing information or contact us directly:  connect@trilithlive.com.

Accessible Parking

Accessible parking is available in the Trilith LIVE parking deck. ADA-designated spaces are offered on a first come, first served basis and are reserved for vehicles displaying a valid state issued disability placard or license plate.

Restrooms

At Trilith LIVE, all public restrooms are ADA compliant and designed with accessibility in mind, so every guest can feel comfortable and welcome.

Elevators

Our elevators provide full ADA access to all levels of Trilith LIVE, making it easy for guests with accessibility needs to reach every level and fully enjoy their experience with us.

Wheelchairs

We are pleased to offer this service as a convenient transportation option to help guests get from the curb to their seats. If you would like assistance, simply let one of our staff members know and we will be glad to help. Please note that this service is available on a first come, first served basis.

Assisted Listening Devices

Trilith LIVE is pleased to offer Assisted Listening Devices to guests with hearing impairments. This complimentary service is available at all performances and devices are distributed on a first come, first served basis. To check out a device, please visit the Trilith LIVE Experience Center. A form of identification (such as a driver’s license or credit card) is required and will be held securely until the equipment is returned at the end of use.

Sign Language Interpreters

Upon request, Trilith LIVE will make every effort to provide sign language interpreters to guests with hearing impairments. Requests for interpreters must take place at least 30 days in advance of your ticketed event. Please contact Trilith LIVE at connect@trilithlive.com.

Service Animals

Trilith LIVE is proud to welcome trained service animals and service animals in training that assist guests with disabilities. Service animals must always remain leashed and under the control of their handler. Please connect with a member of Trilith LIVE's Experience team if your service animal needs to relieve themselves.
