How can I purchase tickets, and who is your ticketing partner?
We are proud to be a Ticketmaster venue. Tickets can be purchased securely at ticketmaster.com. To ensure your tickets are valid, please buy only from Ticketmaster. We cannot guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased through third-party platforms.
Our Box Office is open:
- Show Days: 2 hours before doors open
- Monday to Friday: 10AM – 4PM

What is the Trilith LIVE ticket policy?
Trilith LIVE’s ticket policy requires that all guests, including infants and toddlers, have a ticket for entry.
Are tickets refundable?
All ticket sales are final. Refunds are only available if an event is cancelled or rescheduled and you cannot attend the new date.
If I am unable to attend, what are my options?
If your plans change, you can conveniently resell your ticket at face value or transfer it to a friend using the Ticketmaster app. Please note that reselling tickets for more than the original purchase price is not permitted.
Can children attend events at Trilith LIVE?
Trilith LIVE welcomes guests of all ages. However, some events may be designated 18+ or 21+ based on the performance. Please check the event details to confirm age requirements before purchasing tickets.
Where can I park?
Paid parking is available in the parking deck adjacent to the facility. Entrance to the parking deck is located at 130 Shepperton Way, Fayetteville, GA 30214.
You will also find plenty of parking in other parking lots in the Town at Trilith, all within walking distance of the facility.
What should I do if I lose something at the venue.
During events, all lost and found items are kept at the Experience Center. After the event, you can complete our Trilith LIVE lost and found form. Items not claimed within 30 days will be donated or discarded.
Do you offer accessibility accommodations?
Absolutely. Trilith LIVE is committed to providing an inclusive and enjoyable experience for all guests. We offer accessible seating, parking, and a variety of services to ensure comfort and safety. If I leave the building during a show, can I return?
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, Trilith LIVE has a no re-entry policy.
If you need to step out and return, please connect with a member of our Experience Team before you exit so we can help make the necessary arrangements.
What are the prohibited items?
- Weapons (guns, knives, pepper spray/mace, brass knuckles, sharp objects, etc.)
- Bags that do not follow Trilith LIVE’s clear bag policy
- Hard-sided bags/luggage
- Outside food or beverage
- Glass containers of any type
- Illegal substances/paraphernalia
- Noisemaking devices – air horns, whistles, electric noise makers, speakers
- Strollers, skateboards, hoverboards, rollerblades, scooters, bicycles, or shoes with wheels
- Cameras with interchangeable or detached lenses, or fixed lenses larger than 3 inches. No flash/professional photography or videography allowed
- Drones
- Tripods, monopods, or selfie sticks
- Laser pointers, flashlights, or selfie lights
- Fireworks or flares
- Signs, flags, banners, or posters larger than 8.5” x 11”
- Laptops/tablets
- Frisbees, beach balls, inflatables, or any projectile
- Facepaint, helmets, or masks
- Large/golf umbrellas
- Clothing or garments that display explicit or derogatory characteristics
